Update v1.1: this theme now has a working jquery/php contact validation form
Even if presented as a consultancy theme, Media Consult theme can be used for a wide variety of sites like business, portfolio or just a personal blog.
It comes with 9 different pages(homepage, about us, services, blog item list, blog item detail, contact, portfolio, news and article detail) and 8 different skins:
